Reunion Giving
Join your classmates and other alumni with a gift this year to help ensure that Shipley continues its tradition of educational excellence and today's students learn to define for themselves what it means to lead lives with Courage for the Deed; Grace for the Doing.
Alumni celebrating a reunion are encouraged to make a special gift to Shipley to commemorate their reunion milestone. At Alumni Weekend, the Shipley Alumni Association will present two giving awards: the Reunion Giving Award, awarded to the class with the highest amount contributed, and the Class of 1948 Margaret Bailey Speer Award, given to the class with the highest participation percentage in giving.
Accommodations
Make your hotel reservation early to claim your spot in a Shipley Alumni Weekend 2027 room block! Rooms are available Friday, April 30 through Sunday, May 2, with a limited number of rooms available beginning Thursday, April 29. Alumni are encouraged to book by Friday, March 26, 2027.

Reunion Giving Awards
Each year during Alumni Reunion Weekend, two giving awards are presented on Saturday afternoon: the Reunion Giving Award (highest amount contributed) and the Class of 1948 Margaret Bailey Speer Award (highest total participation by a reunion class).
In celebration of their 50th reunion, the Class of 1976 earned both giving awards: 63% of the class supported Shipley and together they contributed $174,683*—the highest amount ever raised by a reunion class in Alumni Weekend history! Congratulations and thank you to the Class of 1976 for demonstrating such generosity and leadership in honor of your milestone 50th reunion year!
