Who was your most influential teacher and why?
Mrs. Corgan, because she never allowed me to give up, even when I wanted to, and she always saw the best in me.
What was your favorite class and why?
Sports in American History, because I really like sports, and it was cool to learn about them earlier in life.
What was your most memorable experience at Shipley?
I really enjoyed the junior/senior football games.
What does Courage for the Deed; Grace for the Doing mean to you?
Completing something challenging while staying calm throughout it.
How has Shipley encouraged you to take risks?
Made me realize I can do something even when I think I can't, and to never give up because everything is possible if you don't give up.
Please write a short reflection on your time at Shipley and what it meant to you.
Shipley allowed me to view things differently when I got here. I realized my actions had to change a little, and I realized my surroundings were different than what I was used to. But being able to do so was something I got used to, and now I'm glad I know who I am.
